Twisp Gardens is a 55+ housing community located in Twisp, WA. 17 one and two bedroom units are nestled near the Methow river and have beautiful views up and down the valley. The property is only two blocks from downtown shopping so you can walk to everything the Methow has to offer.
Pine Meadows Senior Housing is located in Omak, WA and is a HUD 202 Project with rental subsidy. The complex is nine units of affordable housing for those 62 years of age and older. It is a great location in Omak for all of your needs such a as shopping, transportation, medical services, etc. Pine Meadows Senior Housing strives to make tenancy safe and pleasurable for the residents.
Caribou Trail Apartments are located in Okanogan, WA across from Virginia Granger Elementary school. This location is ideal for parents with children. Caribou Trails is a multifamily affordable housing with one, two and three bedrooms. We strive to maintain a peaceful environment here at Caribou Trails and keep an open relationship with our tenants. Section 8 vouchers are welcomed!
Iron Straw Agricultural Housing consists of six units of permanent housing for low-income agricultural worker families. There are two and three bedroom units. Each unit has two bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The project is located in Omak. Iron Straw provides community building and ample place for children to play.
